Dramatically Increase Your Vertical 6”-12” and Maximize Your Athletic Ability Using the Exact Step-by-Step Program I Used Growing Up that Was Created By My Father.

Boost Your Overall Athletic Development with These 3 Key Areas of Focus:

  1. Improved jumping ability
  2. Elevated endurance level
  3. Explosive quickness in all directions

Learn How I Was Able to Accelerate My Development, Unlock My Full Potential, and Become One of the Most Explosive Athletes in the World.

People often ask me how I became one of the most explosive athletes in the world. The questions they often ask are:

  • “Did you use jump shoes?”
  • “Did you do a bunch of crazy plyometrics?”
  • “Were you just born this way?”
  • “Did you pay thousands of dollars for personal trainers?”
  • “Did you work out all day, every day?”
  • “Was your workout crazy difficult?”
And the answer to all of these is NO. The one thing I was blessed with was a great father. You see, my dad worked evenings and nights so he could put food on the table. That means when I got home from school (and my homework was completed), it was time to work out. Since my dad couldn’t be around, he designed a simple workout I could do on my own or as my mom ran the track by our family home. The workout was SIMPLE and designed for 2 reasons:

  • My dad didn’t want me getting hurt.
  • He definitely didn’t want to hear any excuses for not doing the workout because “I didn’t know what to do.”

For the first time, I’m going to reveal Part 1 of My Workout Program that my dad put me through. I started this program at age 9 and still do it today. If your goal is to become more athletic, regardless of age, my workout is perfect for you. My dad’s main focus for my workout was explosive quickness in all directions, endurance, and improvement in my jumping ability. In order to accomplish that, I had to be CONSISTENT and RELENTLESS in building my foundation (legs, hips, and core).

One thing that separates Part 1 of my program from many others on the market is its SIMPLICITY. Many players will never reach their full potential athletically because they fail to be consistent. Whether that be because of extra equipment they need, a trainer to instruct them, or their routine is just too complicated. The common denominator between all great players is that they have a routine they follow tirelessly. With my program, all you need is a little bit of space and as little as 20 minutes a day, 4 times a week.

Move up through the levels as you increase strength and endurance. From beginner and intermediate, all the way up to advanced, you can push yourself to the limit and train like a pro!

I’m sure by now you’re wondering how much something like this would cost. A complete workout program with the father of a professional athlete, plus all the extra bonuses. Not to mention, my dad doesn’t train just anyone. This is the special workout he designed just for me, and now we want to share it with you.

Most of my personal trainers charge $250/hour, so would you say $500 is fair for weeks, even months of training? Probably. But, I want every kid out there who’s dreaming of becoming a professional athlete to have the same chance of succeeding as I did. I want to get this out to as many kids as possible. That’s why today, you can get Part 1: Building Your Base for only $59.95.
