Boost Your Overall Athletic Development with These 3 Key Areas of Focus:
- Improved jumping ability
- Elevated endurance level
- Explosive quickness in all directions
Learn How I Was Able to Accelerate My Development, Unlock My Full Potential, and Become One of the Most Explosive Athletes in the World.
- “Did you use jump shoes?”
- “Did you do a bunch of crazy plyometrics?”
- “Were you just born this way?”
- “Did you pay thousands of dollars for personal trainers?”
- “Did you work out all day, every day?”
- “Was your workout crazy difficult?”

- My dad didn’t want me getting hurt.
- He definitely didn’t want to hear any excuses for not doing the workout because “I didn’t know what to do.”
For the first time, I’m going to reveal Part 1 of My Workout Program that my dad put me through. I started this program at age 9 and still do it today. If your goal is to become more athletic, regardless of age, my workout is perfect for you. My dad’s main focus for my workout was explosive quickness in all directions, endurance, and improvement in my jumping ability. In order to accomplish that, I had to be CONSISTENT and RELENTLESS in building my foundation (legs, hips, and core).
One thing that separates Part 1 of my program from many others on the market is its SIMPLICITY. Many players will never reach their full potential athletically because they fail to be consistent. Whether that be because of extra equipment they need, a trainer to instruct them, or their routine is just too complicated. The common denominator between all great players is that they have a routine they follow tirelessly. With my program, all you need is a little bit of space and as little as 20 minutes a day, 4 times a week.
REMEMBER TO BE CONSISTENT AND RELENTLESS. I NEVER FORGET WHAT MY DAD TOLD ME: “HARD WORK PAYS OFF”.
